Fair value appraisals

One might need a fair value appraisal for different situations, for example:

We provide fair value appraisals of developed and undeveloped properties according to the German Baugesetzbuch (BauGB), the German Immobilienwertermittlungsverordnung (ImmoWertV), and when needed (e.g., for accounting purposes) according to IFRS.
