We check properties’ mortgage eligibility on the basis of strict requirements from the German banking supervisory body (Beleihungswertermittlungsverordnung; BelWertV).
The BelWertV sets rules for appraisers regarding qualifications, experience, and independence. Our firm has appraisers that are certified according to the standards of the German Real Estate Academy (DIA) and The European Group of Valuers‘ Associations (TeGOVA) as Recognised European Valuer.
